'Sala de Autor' (´The Artist’s Room´), the new way to visit the Estrella de Levante factory: a blend of jazz, food and drink

The new experience will consist of a tour of the Estrella de Levante brewery, a beer tasting and pairing by renowned chefs, and a performance by the 'Jazz Factory Collective'
Estrella de Levante has launched a new type of visit to its factory in Espinardo (Murcia) that combines the best of cuisine, jazz music and beer culture. This new experience is called 'Sala de Autor' and will consist of six visits spread over the months of February, March and May.
The new visit will take the form of a tour of the brewery facilities on which visitors will be shown the beer-making process before going to the Tasting Room for a beer tasting and pairing session hosted by the renowned chefs, Samuel Ruiz (Bar Verónicas), Amor González (La Birdie), and Sebastián López (Hannibal), on each occasion.
There will also be a tasting of an exclusive cocktail made with Estrella de Levante beers. This cocktail will be prepared by the experts at 'Conjugoo', a well-known cocktail bar in Murcia, who will surprise attendees with an innovative combination that highlights the freshness and unique character of the brand's beers. In addition, the 'Jazz Factory Collective' band, featuring the pianist Carlos Sáez, drummer Antonio Peñalver, and horn player and musical director, Jaime de la Cruz, will provide the soundtrack to the event, turning the Tasting Room into an authentic jazz club.
The tours will take place on selected dates over the next few months, with the first being on February 8 and 15, with the participation of Samuel Ruiz, followed by the tours with the pairing by Amor González on March 8 and 22, and, finally, on May 10 and 17, with chef Sebastián López.
All the information about this new experience can be found on the Estrella de Levante website, where reservations can also be made.
