Ona Batlle, Aitana Bonmatí, Cata Coll, Patri Guijarro and Fridolina Rolfö star in the new Free Damm campaign
The five players from the FC Barcelona Women’s Team enjoy a well-deserved day of rest in ‘La penúltima’ (One for the Road) which can be seen on television, digital media and social networks
After a success-filled season in which the FC Barcelona Women’s Team once again made history, the team’s players have earned a well-deserved day of rest. And it is precisely resting that we find players Ona Batlle, Aitana Bonmatí, Cata Coll, Patri Guijarro and Fridolina Rolfö in “La penúltima” (One for the Road), the latest campaign from Free Damm, the 0.0% beer from Damm, sponsor of the FC Barcelona club.
In “La penúltima,” the five female footballers take the baton from Julio Manrique and Pere Arquillué in Greenland (2023) –trading the hot tub in the middle of nowhere for the pitch of the Joan Gamper Sports City– to show once again that, no matter the time or place, enjoying one of Damm’s 0.0% beers is always a good idea.
Free Damm, Free Damm Limón and Free Damm Tostada are Damm’s 0.0% –and gluten-free– beers, which are made with the same ingredients used to make beer containing alcohol, to then eliminate it using an advanced vacuum distillation technique. Traditionally, in the dealcoholisation process, some of the aromatic components that define the taste and aroma of beer are lost. Damm’s master brewers did not rest until they found a system that allowed them to retrieve the aromatic components that were being lost and reincorporate them. The result, in the words of Cata Coll, is a Free Damm beer that “retains all the aromas and is even tastier”.
