Dinners with Michelin Chefs at the Estrella Levante Tasting Hall
Pablo González, Samuel Ruiz, José Álvarez, David Muñoz, and María Gómez are some of the Michelin star chefs that will prepare exclusive tasting menus paired with Estrella de Levante beers
The best chefs from Murcia, Alicante, Almería and Albacete will come together in the new Estrella de Levante Tasting Hall during 2022 for an event called "Chefs' Hall", to offer exclusive dinners that will allow these chefs' talents to be enjoyed as part of unconventional evenings.
These dinners, which shall take place approximately once a month, shall host chefs such as Pablo González (La Cabaña, Murcia), Samuel Ruiz (Bar Verónicas, Murcia), José Álvarez (La Costa, El Ejido), David Muñoz (Alborada, Murcia), Fran Martínez (Maralba Almansa), David López (Local de Ensayo, Murcia), María Gómez (Magoga, Cartagena), Rodi Fernández (Taúlla, Murica) and Juan Guillamón (Alma Mater, Murcia).
The menus will be paired with every variety of Estrella de Levante beer, and shall be served in the Tasting Hall. Each chef, along with his or her team, will decide how to showcase the menu, and will add anything they choose while staging. The dates for the upcoming dinners can be found on saladechefs.com and tickets can be purchased for 60 Euros per person.
The purpose of "Chefs' Hall" is to exhibit other facets of the teams from famous restaurants with already consolidated reputations among Levante's high-end cuisine sector, using different venues and formats. Furthermore, it is a way in which to help broaden experiences and the culture of gastronomy.
Estrella de Levante Tasting Hall
The new Estrella de Levante Tasting Room, located next to the brewery, has been completely renovated this past year. The building has been adapted so that it may host all manner of events, tastings, concerts, presentations... And the end of the visit shall take place in the Tasting Hall. Estrella de Levante offers two types of guided beer tastings. One of them will be a gastronomic pairing, with four dishes prepared explicitly to savour each of the Estrella de Levante beers.
