The Almadraba Wild Red Tuna Route comes to Sevilla with Cervezas Victoria
From May 20 to May 29, over thirty venues throughut the Andalusian capital and the Alijarafe will offer a tapa made from tuna aling with a fifth of Victoria
Spring is synonymous with Almadraba tuna. This specie's fishing season lasts between late April and mid June, and is the ideal moment to enjoy authentic Almadraba wild red tuna, a culinary jewel with immeasurable gastronomic potential. To celebrate, Cervezas Victoria, refreshing and balanced in both body and aroma, and Petaca Chico, a world leader in the red tuna and fishing industry with over three decades of experience, have organized the Almadraba Wild Red Tuna Rute in Sevilla.
From the 20 to the 29 of May, during tuna fishing season, over thirty restaurant venues in Seville and el Aljarafe will welcome this delicious route, offering a tapa made from wild red tuna from almadraba as the absolute protagonist, exceptionally paired with Cervezas Victoria. The tapa made from tuna and the fifth of beer will be on sale for only 4.5€. Participating venues include: 12Tapas, Sevruga, Mercader de Triana, Atrevido, Rogelio León, Mestizo, Damadá, Depikofino, La Cayetana, Lalola de Javi Abascal, Plato Jondo, El Cairo, Attuna Zahara, Sinergia Soul Kitchen, Don Matteo, Sanbers, Kakure, Manolo León (C/ Juan Pablos), Manolo León (The Plaza de Duque Corte Inglés), Mareaviva, La Comilona, La Barca de Calderón, Manolo Mayo, La Perdida y Asador la Perdida, Vergel, Lima, Barajas 20 Torre Sevilla, Barajas 20 (C/ Reyes Católicos), Avareo, Abacanto, Aderezo, Saona and Huracán.
The Route presentation event will be held at the Arenal Market, where there will be a live skinning and filleting, and a smal tasting by Petaca Chico.
